Got2B Mind Blowing: Schwarzkopf Fast-Drying Styling Tools

Fundamentally, I'm a lazy cow. If I can get away with ten more minutes in bed then I'll do anything in my power to reclaim that time; if there's a product that helps to speed up the time required to beautify myself in the morning, I'm gonna use it with pleasure. This Schwarzkopf Got2B Mind Blowing trio came to my attention some time ago and looked like a dream come true: a styling spray, hair spray and mousse that dry super fast and leave your hair feeling perfectly coiffed? Packaged in delightful statement turquoise bottles, these are affordable tools that help to style hair every morning with ease - leaving your barnet feeling fabulous, without any stickiness.

The styling spray can be spritzed onto wet hair to aid with not only heat protection and detangling, but helping to speed up blow dry time by dispelling the water from the surface of hair. It doesn't cut your blowdry from ten minutes to one, but it does help cut off those essential few seconds that can often mean the difference between missing the train and being right on time. Although a mousse may seem like a somewhat old-fashioned approach to hair, if you're creating curls or waves it's a great way to ensure they last all day; this lightweight and non-sticky mousse can be applied to damp hair and combed through, offering heat protection and a faster styling result. It's great for applying to lengths of hair before curling with a tong or straightener, when you don't want to overload the surface or are concerned about adding too much texture.

Similarly, the hairspray is my new best friend and one of my favourite styling tools. It offers 'micro-fine diffusion' (which translates as super small particles that don't cause that heavy crunchy feeling often left behind by hairspray,) and dries almost instantaneously to really aid styling. I've noticed it really helps curls and waves to stay all day long too - unlike other products which often wear off by mid-afternoon, whenever I've used this they seem to last well into the evening with ease. In a technical capacity, the product is essentially 'freezing' your style in place super fast, helping to lock in the movement and not weighing it down with moisture; this helps the style to set and stay put over a longer period of time.

At £4.05 each, all three of these are worthy of an impulse purchase and could help to knock off a few precious seconds in the morning - or help add longevity to a style in the evening. They look fab, feel fab, don't leave any overtly obvious residue or stickiness on the surface, and help to make your hairdryer work extra hard. Anything that offers simplicity and an element of time saving is great in my book, especially if they can be picked up for under a fiver. Would you give the new Got2B Mind Blowing product trio a whirl?

The Got2B Mind Blowing styling tools are priced £4.05 each and are available in Superdrug.

  6. A product that helps hair dry faster..... intriguing! Not sure I would use it on myself as my hair dries super fast, but might keep it in mind for when I'm at work and have a client who's hair is like a sponge! x
