Britney Spears: Fantasy Twist

The images from Britney's new fragrance campaign have been trickling out for a few weeks now, but at last we see the commercial in full. The new concept is 'Fantasy Twist' where two of her best selling fragrances feature in one bottle so you can create lots of different combinations and scents - presumably creating the different personalities and looks seen in the campaign. I love the concept, love the characters created and love that Britters is back on form, but I can't help thinking they missed a trick of actually explaining what the two fragrances used together can bring. I can only imagine that the 13 year old girls buying these uber sweet fragrances don't have the knowledge or sophisticated approach to fragrances to really understand the concept. What do you think of the new advert? Will you be buying Britney's new Fantasy Twist?

  1. I don't really get it. I'm assuming the three "personalities" are one for each of the two fragrances and then the two combined. But given that each fragrance is it's own combination of notes and both quite strong in their own right, wouldn't the two together smell godawful? I can only imagine that they would. Don't get me wrong. I love it. I love Britney, the advert and the looks. And the bottle? It's a ball! A ball! I love it. But I don't get it. :-)
