The people behind nail transfers from Nail Rock have launched their own range of Union Jack tattoos subtly called 'Sport Rock'! If you fancy going one better than just waving a flag around, these temporary transfers are perfect for applying to limbs or even the face, if you're extra excited. 

Each pack contains a heart, three stars and three traditional flags - all you have to do it cut out the shape you want, remove the plastic covering, apply to clean dry skin face down, apply a damp cloth over the top, leave for a few seconds and ta-da! These are so much fun, even if they do remind me of the Take That tattoos you used to get free with Smash Hits magazine. They stick really well to skin and last well over the 16hrs they advertise, meaning you can spend all weekend cheering on Team GB and still have your Union Jack in tact. Now if you'll excuse me, I have more Olympics to watch...
