A Lady's Guide to Penhaligon's
I'm counting down the days to the return of Downton Abbey, waiting with bated breath to check out the new Ripper Streets and flicking through my Upstairs Downstairs tribute mag as we speak. I like a bit of historical drama. Penhaligon's is the ultimate British fragrance brand, established in the 1870s, and would no doubt have been worn by Lady Mary Crawley - if she were real! "Our fragrant adventure began in the Victorian era of decadence and carries us into the future as we strive to create original scents for the discerning eccentrics of today. True modern dandies and bold women who are proud to go their own way. The spirit of William Penhaligon, our founder, touches everything we do. An Englishman living in an age of excess and flamboyance, William was witty, wildly creative and always inspired by the unusual." They're still going strong and have now over 30 fragrances to their name. In celebration of their latest one, Peoneve, they've released this cute and quirky 'lady's guide' to wearing the fragrance. Be prepared to giggle.
