Talking boobs with Panache

There's a song written all about big butts, but what about big boobs? As a lady with a rather ample chest, I struggle to find decent and supportive underwear that doesn't look like it belongs in Dot Cotton's drawer. For some reason most retailers think if you're above a D cup it means you need a supportive structure comparable to Tower Bridge; style and design is pushed aside in favour of 3cm wide straps and lace cups that reach up practically to your armpit. It's been a struggle to find underwear that fits while remaining pretty in recent years, and although Boux Avenue has made my life a little easier the limited store locations don't fix the problem entirely. When I was asked if I wanted to try an underwear set from Panache I was really interested to see what they had to offer... This is exactly that.

Panache offer 'beautifully fitting lingerie that will transform your shape and your confidence'. The bras range from a D to a KK cup and come in a variety of styles, including sports bras and swimwear. I went for the Tango Luxe set, which is a new range to celebrate ten years of the range, in a bright blue turquoise shade. (I have adjusted some of the colours in the pictures so you can see the detail correctly, but the images below give a good indication of the shade.) The luxurious and soft material is given extra wow factor in the form of embroidery and diamante detailing, giving you a great looking and feeling underwear set. It's extremely comfortable to wear, not digging in or causing discomfort after a few hours, as well as being very supportive. I also love the fact that the straps are thin, giving you support without the need to flash a gigantic piece of material that makes you feel less elegant than Kerry Katona on ice. The quality is great, the support fab and the detail uber pretty - for £25 you're also getting a great price. I will definitely be buying some more of these over the summer, stocking up on the four other colours they currently have available... Big boobs rule!

Available in department stores, online and via Very. More details on their website.

  2. I love panache bras, they are so comfortable. I alway struggle with buying bras on the high street as I'm a 36GG. I also worked for La Senza for 5 years and I know how hard it is for women to get good fitted bras. Also panache wash up really well. :)
