Shower gels can be a bit boring. Bottles of Imperial Leather and Palmolive will only get you so far, and spending £1 on a product you use on your body every day seems a bit stingy. It's about time we took a pinch of salt from our beauty routine and injected a bit of life back into the shower zone. Shower foams aren't a new concept - Imperial Leather themselves launched a range a few years ago (although they do have a tendency to explode in my shower,) but Rituals have just taken daily cleaning up to the next level. Their 'foaming shower gel sensations' bring a sense of glamour to mornings... and at £6.50 it's a small price to pay.
I've got the energising Yogi Flow variant which comes in this delicious pink case. You need such a small amount that a 50p sized piece literally does your whole body. The product is rich, smooth and smells refreshing while not being clinical. It's a pleasure to foam it up all over your body and makes the daily ritual of the 7am shower that little bit more pleasurable (although ladies, be careful of your bits... it can sting a little if it gets in sensitive areas!) I always gage if I like a product by how much I reach for it, pushing others aside in its place... with this on my shelf, Imperial Leather hasn't had a look in.
